Zack joined CVA in 2008. Zack's primary responsibilities include leading, executing and closing transactions involving the sale or financing of mid-market clients across a broad range of industries. He is also involved in financial analysis, modeling, market research and valuations. Zack has worked with over 35 clients on transactions at CVA. Previously, Zack worked with Hopen Life Science Ventures, a venture capital firm in Grand Rapids focused on early-to mid-stage life science investments. At Hopen, Zack was responsible for valuation, due diligence and analysis of potential investment opportunities including initial review of submitted business plans. Zack is fluent in Spanish. Zack has transactional experience managing and supporting a variety of client engagements including pre-transaction preparedness services, majority and minority recapitalizations, leveraged and management buyouts, strategic acquisitions and capital formation transactions. He has practical experience in a broad spectrum of industries including consumer products, food and beverage, construction, manufacturing, distribution, and industrial and business services.
