Zachary Jacobs is a Partner in Morrison Cohen’s Corporate Department, where his practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions and similar strategic transactions. Zach has represented both U.S. and non-U.S. clients in public and private acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures across a range of industries. In addition, Zach works extensively with private equity funds and their portfolio companies, and he has significant experience advising clients in the healthcare and life sciences industry and in the chemicals and manufacturing industries. Zach began his career at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and joined Morrison Cohen in 2015.
