Yvette is Vice President of Legal and Compliance and the Compliance Officer at Iron Point and serves on the ESG Committee and the Compliance Committee. Yvette joined Iron Point in 2009 and has responsibility for maintaining the firm’s compliance program, as well as legal matters related to each of the Iron Point funds and the funds’ investments. Prior to joining Iron Point, Yvette was a Real Estate Paralegal Specialist with Sutherland Asbill & Brennan, LLP from 2007 to 2009. During this period, Yvette worked on complex securitized lending, and acquisition and development transactions. Yvette has over 30 years of legal experience encompassing private equity, real estate, corporate, and antitrust law. Yvette has worked for several law firms including Hogan Lovells, LLP, Arent Fox PLLC, and Sidley Austin LLP. In addition to her law firm experience, Yvette worked for MCI Telecommunications Corporation as a Real Estate Administrator where she was responsible for negotiating office and technical facility leases. B.S. degree, cum laude, in Organizational Management from Washington Adventist University (formerly Columbia Union College).
