Yeana Lee is a partner in the Corporate & Finance Practice at Yulchon. Ms. Lee received her B.S. from Yonsei University in 2007, her J.D. from Chonnam National University Law School in 2014, and her LL.M. from UC Berkeley School of Law in 2022. Ms. Lee worked as a Global Visiting Lawyer in the Corporate Practice at Covington & Burling LLP. Ms. Lee’s primary practice areas include Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Capital Markets, and she regularly advises clients on foreign investment, foreign exchange transactions, financial regulations, personal data, and general corporate matters.
