Mr. Ismail joined the firm in 2020. As a Vice President in the European Finance group, based in London, he is responsible for managing the Finance function for Europe. He also assists in the annual budgeting and reforecasting process, and corporate-related reporting. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Ismail served as a Finance Manager at Round Hill Capital where he focused on forecasting, cashflow, profitability and corporate finance projects. Prior to Round Hill Capital, Mr. Ismail worked at Threesixty Developments, an Oaktree Capital Management owned real estate development platform, focused on student accommodation. Mr. Ismail has also worked at PwC within their Strategy Consulting team as well as holding strategy roles at Coventry Building Society and LEK Consulting. Mr. Ismail holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
