Yan Ling is a Managing Director in Evercore’s Real Estate Capital Advisory group. She is responsible for originating, developing and managing the group’s mandates across funds, ventures, recapitalizations and secondary transactions. She is also involved with the coverage of institutional investors and asset managers globally. Prior to Evercore, Yan was a Principal and founding member of Greenhill’s Real Assets Capital Advisory group, which focused on advisory and capital raising for real estate private equity sponsors. Before joining Greenhill, Yan began her career in Credit Suisse’s Real Estate Private Funds Group. Yan received a B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
