Bio

W. Todd Metzger is a partner with extensive experience involving the sale and purchase of a variety of transportation related business operations, including motor carriers, property brokers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, equipment dealerships and equipment leasing companies. He also has experience with the corporate restructuring of companies in an effort to achieve asset protection and/or sales tax savings. Mr. Metzger drafts and reviews a diverse number of business contracts and counsels clients regarding general corporate and business matters. Mr. Metzger’s law practice focuses on the areas of corporate and real estate law generally, including mergers, acquisitions, contract preparation and review, corporate restructurings, general corporate and business advice, and real estate transactions.
