Vaibhav Kothari is a Partner in the Trilegal’s Gurugram office and is a part of the Corporate practice group. Vaibhav specialises in private equity and investment transactions. He has significant experience in advising a number of companies and investors on transactions ranging from seed funding to late-stage equity financing, joint ventures, and M&A deals for clients, primarily in the energy, non-banking financial and telecom sectors. Some of the key clients that Vaibhav has advised include International Finance Corporation, DEG-Deutsche Investitions und Entwicklungsgesellschaft, Proparco, GE Capital Energy Financial Services, Goldman Sachs, Telenor, Omidyar Networks and New Enterprise Associates.
