Ugo Ude is a Partner and the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of The Jordan Company. Ugo joined TJC in 2017. Prior to TJC, Ugo was a Partner in the Corporate & Securities practice at Mayer Brown where he represented private equity funds in all facets of their business. He currently serves on the board of directors of Bruin II, RFive and RFour. Ugo holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA from Yale University.
