Mr. S.K Das has over 30 years of experience in the field of Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, Corporate Restructuring and Financial Re-engineering. Prior to joining Torrence, Mr Das was CEO of Concept2 for 7 years, where his job involved managing Private Equity Fund as India advisor and assisting Indian companies in raising private equity as FDI, ECB, Project Debts, JV for Real estate, etc. He was also responsible for structuring off shore Private Equity Funds and raising funds for them. Mr Das, an MA (Economics), started his career as a Probationary Officer with State Bank in 1979, and has held various important assignments in India and USA. He was in the core team of setting up a private sector bank in India. He has also been trained at Euro Money Institute, New York and J.L Kellogg Business School in Illinois, London Business School, IIM Kolkata, NIBM Pune, American Bank Association, etc.
