A partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group, Rachael Coffey focuses her practice on advising public and private companies as well as private equity clients on a broad range of M&A transactions, activist defense and other significant corporate matters. Rachael’s extensive experience also includes representing boards of directors and special committees in contested situations.
