A professional engineer (P.E.) and an experienced lawyer, Webb began practicing at Hirschler Fleischer following four years of work as a consulting engineer. His multidisciplinary practice focuses on general business and corporate law, representing business owners and individual entrepreneurs in a wide range of business and litigation matters; product liability defense; construction and real estate development law, representing owners, contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers in a variety of construction-related and development issues; and intellectual property law, representing businesses in patent, trademark and copyright matters including IP litigation. A licensed professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a former certified construction arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association, Webb also is registered to practice as a patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
