Prior to joining to Access Turkey Capital Group in 2005, Ozgur O. Tanriverdi was Vice President in Burgan Securities, one of the leading brokerage houses in Turkey. Mr. Tanriverdi has total seven years of investment banking experience. He has expertise in telecom, media, utilities and steel sectors. He advised for various M&A deals in Turkey and designed and prepared key transaction materials and management presentations. He was also involved in many Initial Public Offering (IPO), asset sales, joint ventures and private equity deals in diverse fields. Mr. Tanriverdi has an MBA from the Terry College of Business School in the University of Georgia in Atlanta, USA (2004) and BS in Industrial Engineering from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey (1997). He also holds Turkish Capital Market Board (CMB) Advanced Level and Derivatives Licenses.
