Naftali Nir specializes in real estate law, planning and construction and commercial law. Naftali handles a wide-range of real estate and planning & construction projects throughout all their stages, including property & land acquisition, construction & management agreements, contracts with contractors and suppliers, engagement with entrepreneurs and government and municipal bodies, sale and rental agreements, land registration, as well as providing solutions to planning and construction issues. Naftali represents leading Israeli and International real estate companies, both private and public, and provides them with comprehensive ongoing legal counsel. Among the types of transactions and projects that Naftali handles are residential projects, rental agreements in commercial and office spaces, representation in complex purchase and sale transactions, joint venture agreements, combination agreements, urban renewal projects of all types, liquidation proceedings and more. In addition, Naftali has expertise in the area of ​​real estate financing, including representation of large institutional entities in financing transactions of real estate projects and representation of real estate companies vis-a-vis banks and insurance companies. Naftali joined the firm as an associate in 2010 and became a partner in 2018. Naftali received his law degree magna cum laude, as well as his BA in Psychology, from Bar-Ilan University in 2009.
