Kajsa Minor is a Partner in the Firm’s litigation department. She handles all phases of business litigation in state and federal courts and in private arbitration. During her more than 15 years with the Firm, she has handled a broad range of commercial disputes, including partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, trade secret misappropriation claims, insurance coverage disputes, false advertising and unfair competition claims, and disputes regarding intellectual property rights. Kajsa has extensive experience successfully defending consumer claims asserted in the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), including mass arbitration claims. She has represented departments of the State of California, large public companies, small business owners, start-ups, and individuals. Kajsa serves as the Firm’s Hiring Partner and on the Firm’s Management and Finance Committees. Kajsa earned a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
