Kabeer Khurana is a Managing Director at Avance Investment Management, LLC. Prior to Avance, Kabeer spent 10 years as an Executive Recruiter for Spencer Stuart where he helped technology and services companies recruit passionate, results driven and adaptable c-suite leaders. His client work spanned across private equity backed mid-market companies to multibillion-dollar global enterprises. Kabeer started his career as a Management Consultant in the strategy and operations practice at Deloitte. Kabeer earned a BBA in Finance and a BA in Asian Studies from Emory University. He resides in Florida with his wife and son.
