Ms. Mattingly is the supervising attorney for the firm’s collection and foreclosure practice, and the managing attorney for the Miramar office, which handles the firm’s eastern Florida collections and foreclosure practice. Ms. Mattingly represents condominium associations, homeowner's associations and cooperatives in collection and foreclosure actions. Prior to assuming supervision of the firm’s collection and foreclosure practice and management of the Miramar office, Ms. Mattingly practiced in the firm’s Community Association Litigation Group, representing associations and cooperatives in various litigation matters. Prior to joining Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., Ms. Mattingly practiced primarily in the area of business litigation, representing businesses in contract disputes, partnership disputes and employment disputes, and drafting corporate documents. Ms. Mattingly also clerked for Judge Mark E. Polen, Florida 's Fourth District Court of Appeals.
