Bio

Mr. Zrebiec joined CD&R in 2004. He played a key role in the Firm’s investments in Atkore, Beacon Roofing Supply, Brand Industrial Services, Core & Main, Hertz, Hussmann, Cornerstone Building Brands, Rexel, Roofing Supply Group, SunSource, White Cap, and Wilsonart. Previously, he worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs & Co. Mr. Zrebiec has an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.S., economics, from the University of Pennsylvania.
