Mike has extensive experience and expertise serving as strategic and financial advisor to a diverse range of domestic and international companies. Mr. Davis is passionate about growing and building businesses, U.S. manufacturing, and entrepreneurship. During his tenure in investment banking, primarily at Oppenheimer & Co., Mr. Davis originated and led over 220 capital market transactions representing over $4.3 billion in aggregate transaction value. Prior to founding Wolverine Capital Partners, Mike Davis served as the President & CEO of Michigan for PNC Bank and was responsible for over 4,600 employees and 250 branch offices. Mike earned his B.A. at Albion College and M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. Mr. Davis was also an adjunct professor at the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan for 12 years and has served on the Board of the Detroit Economic Club and Detroit Renaissance.
