J. Frederic Begien is a Director of CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC. Mr. Begien is responsible for asset management of a portfolio of value-add and opportunistic commercial real estate investments. Mr. Begien joined CrossHarbor in 2007. Prior, he was responsible for the 1.6 million square feet Massachusetts portfolio of Glenborough Realty Trust; a California based publicly traded REIT. Prior, he spent six years at Spaulding &Slye Colliers (JLL) where he was responsible for the management of numerous pension fund held assets. Fred received his undergraduate degree at Northeastern University. Fred is a member of BOMA and a past recipient of the BOMA Manager of the Year.
