Bob Hall is a senior partner who heads the firm’s commercial real estate practice group and leads the automotive industry team. He serves a broad range of clients such as businesses, banks, pension funds, developers, trade associations and institutional clients. In the area of commercial law, his specialities include acquisitions, dispositions and financing of businesses and major commercial properties including extensive expertise in joint ventures, partnerships and institutional financings. Bob’s 25 years of experience in the automotive industry has made him one of the leaders serving dealerships, financial institutions and trade associations within the auto sector. He has presented a variety of papers and presented numerous seminars to companies and institutions in the auto industry. Outside of the firm, Bob is actively involved in a number of community charitable organizations and serves as an executive and coach in minor baseball leagues. Bob has a broad range of experience in commercial transactions which has included representation in one of the largest syndicated financings in the auto industry.
