Bio

Jürgen von Wendorff, born in 1966, has been with the HANNOVER Finanz Group since 1998 and has been a Managing Partner since 2006. From 2015 to 2019 he was a member of the board of the German Private Equity and Venture Capital Association BVK, representing medium sized enterprises. As a director of GBK Beteiligungen AG he managed the Group's listed investment fund (GBQ) from 2003 to 2006. From 1993 to 1998 he worked for Preussag AG in Hanover, Würzburg and Sheffield (GB). Following a trainee programme, he worked at Preussag head office for three years as a project manager in charge of new projects, innovation management and business development. He holds a degree in engineering (Dipl. Wirtsch.-Ing.) from the Technical University of Berlin.
