Bio

Mr. Kirson founded Center Rock Capital Partners in 2017 and has over 25 years of private equity and transactional experience with a focus on executing complicated mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings of industrial manufacturing companies. Mr. Kirson, along with the other Partners, is responsible for all major aspects of the firm's management and investment process. Prior to forming Center Rock, Mr. Kirson was a senior investment professional at Wynnchurch Capital from 2004 to 2017, most recently as a Partner and a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to Wynnchurch Mr. Kirson held positions with Kirkland & Ellis, Goldman Sachs, Willis Stein & Partners, and Crossroads Capital Partners. Mr. Kirson also served in the Israeli Defense Forces. Mr. Kirson has a J.D. from Harvard Law School (Cum Laude) and an A.B. in Philosophy from the University of Illinois (Summa Cum Laude). Mr. Kirson has served on the Boards of Directors of Henniges Automotive, Highway Technologies, IronForm, JAC Products, Northstar Aerospace, Roseboro, SafeWorks, Senco Corporation and US Manufacturing. Mr. Kirson attended High School in Israel and enjoys spending his free time with his wife Sarah and their three children (and two giant dogs).
