Bio

Mr. Ware joined Bain Capital Double Impact in 2018. He is a Principal. Previously, he was a member of the Bain Capital Private Equity European team in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Vertical where he focused on investments in the software, financial technology, information services, and media sectors. He has also played a leading role in recruiting and training efforts. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Ware worked in private equity for 3i and started his career as a management consultant with McKinsey. Mr. Ware received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar and was awarded a Siebel Scholarship for academic achievement and community leadership. He also earned a BA in Economics from Yale University.
