Bio

Gabriela has over 20 years of experience in private equity, transaction services and audit, working in Romania and Poland. Before joining Morphosis, Gabriela has worked for 9 years as an Investment Director for Innova Capital,a mid-market private equity fund focused on CEE. She has been involved in originating, executing, managing (as non-executive board member or observer) and exiting deals for Innova, being the head of the local investment team. Her role has also consisted of establishing a network of local contacts and keeping Innova partners up to speed with local market developments.
