Gabriel Hamilton advises companies in the animal health, healthcare, and insurance industries, providing tailored legal solutions to support their business operations and to meet their strategic objectives. Gabe has extensive experience in regulatory matters, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He has established long-term relationships within the industry and with his clients, allowing him to understand the regulatory landscape and how navigate the legal complexities to achieve business goals. Gabe applies his knowledge of these highly regulated industries to create systems and efficiencies to support his clients’ legal needs, from small projects to large, complex transactions. Gabe guides entities in the animal health industry through strategic growth initiatives, including counseling on significant merger and acquisition activity. He also oversees attorney teams for his industry clients that support areas such as real estate, employment, tax, and intellectual property. Gabe serves as the co-leader of the firm’s Pet Care Industry Group. In addition, Gabe is a member of the Federation of Regulatory Counsel, the only national association of attorneys who devote at least 50% of their practice to insurance regulatory matters. Gabe currently serves as the Administrative Partner of the Boise office.
